  Warranty
All computer peripherals are covered by a 12 months return to base warranty. Other warranty provided by manufacturer are at respective manufacturers discretion. We cover the return freight of the item if found faulty, otherwise chargeable at customers expense. A proof of purchase must be presented when claiming for any warranty claim. The company is not liable for any damage sustain by the product for warranty while on transit.

Return policy.
All peripherals can only be returned for credits within 7 days of purchase and well incur a 10% restocking charges or exchange if found faulty.

Installation / Labour charge.
All labour and installation charge are covered by 7 working days working order warranty. Software faults or malfunctions are not companies responsibilities. However the company will endeavour at its best knowledge and ability that all software fault are noted and clients advised accordingly.
